The Framework We Follow

Joint Commission Standards for
Healthcare Staffing Services.

These standards shape how we recruit, credential, place, and monitor the clinical professionals we serve you with.

Human Resources Management (HSHR)

We verify the qualifications, competencies, and health status of every professional before placement, maintain individual credentialing files, and conduct ongoing performance evaluations grounded in clinical feedback.

We sustain a culture of safety where concerns are raised without fear, track and analyze incidents and errors, and clearly communicate the right to report to The Joint Commission.

We safeguard confidential and health information in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy law, disclosing it only as permitted by law or client agreement.

We collect data on key quality and safety indicators, analyze trends, and act on them — turning measurement into meaningful, documented improvement.
